Animating your character movie clip walking movement |

Step1 Double click the power symbol to start editing it. Select the top layer frame 10, hold down your shift key and select bottom layer frame10. All layers should now be selected. Use your F6 shortcut key to create keyframes on frame 10

| Step2 Animating heads Select all head elements on frame 10

Step3 Using the free transform tool rotate the head group on frame 10

| Step4 Select frame 1 of each element that you modified on frame 10

Step5 example: select left_eye , in the properties for that frame select tween /motion
Each time you do this an arrow will appear between each key frame. Now move the timer back and forth and you should have a smooth animation playback

| Step6 Preview movie, your character should have a walking motion. note: "it is jumpy"
|
|
| Step7 Repeat steps 2-6 on frame 20 of all layers to complete a walk cycle
|
|
| Step8 Now try to tween the movie on the stage by adding a motion guide as in the ball animation in exercise1 .
